Piano® Chocolate pudding can be served straight from the carton or vaulted onto barrels. Remember to have enough Piano® Custard next door. If you want to make the dessert in your own form, the pudding can be easily melted in a cauldron during stirring and poured into molds as desired. It stiffens in the refrigerator in 1-2 hours, and you can serve your own, "homemade" dessert. You can also cut the pudding into ready-made serving slices, or print figurines with gingerbread shapes or glass.
Ingredients: Light milk, 12% sugar, whipped cream, 2% cocoa, modified corn starch, dye (caramel), stabilizer (locust kernel flour, guar kernel flour, carragenan), aroma.
